A disturbing video of an exorcism rite by a priest in Argentina on a woman supposedly possessed by a devil is making the rounds in social media recently.
The spine-tingling clip showed a woman violently screaming and writhing in pain as she was being pinned to the floor by the priest’s assistants.

The woman was only identified in The Mirror article as Laura, 22, while the priest whoconducted the exorcism is 52-year-old Bishop Manuel Acuna. It was recorded inside the Lutheran Charismatic Church in Buenos Aires.
For the most part of the video, the possessed lady was shouting while wriggling from the grasp of two women who were trying to restrain her. She was spitting at and biting the women in between, while profusely sweating as the bishop ordered the devil to leave her body.
She can be heard screaming “No, no” and then calls one of the women a whore while Acunapresses a cross on her chest.
Before the exorcism rite, locals have gathered outside the church to pray for the woman. One man who stayed outside said Laura used to be a good girl who turned badafter she was possessed by the evil entity.
Acuna told the people that the devil is real and neither an idea, a theory or something abstract.
“The devil is a personality and therefore has a strategy. We are talking about something terrifying, a fallen angel. The devil is not a metaphor,” the bishop said. “The devil is something real that Jesus Christ faced. The devil looks for the perdition of the human being and for this he will use any possible evil instrument.”
The exorcism finally ended after the woman gave out a strangled cry then slumped to the floor on her back in apparent exhaustion. She then wiped her tears as the bishop made the sign of the cross, suggesting the rite is finally over –a triumph of God over evil.
“Thank God, we’ve recovered a daughter of God. You haven’t seen a major exorcism,” Acunaconcluded adding the demons they have just encountered is similar to those that Jesus faced.
